With constantly trying to team building, team work form gradually recognized, now has become the operation form of the most competitive enterprises to cope with changes in the market, followed by incentives based on team building project team issue has attracted more attention.Our study on the project team motivation is not mature, especially for companies that MT-paying technology companies, R & D projects based on empirical research team motivation rare problem.
