With the project management in our country continues to develop, more and more enterprises begin to project the operating units of the company’s business. With constantly trying to team building, team work form gradually recognized, now has become the operation form of the most competitive enterprises to cope with changes in the market, followed by incentives based on team building project team issue has attracted more attention.Our study on the project team motivation is not mature, especially for companies that MT-paying technology companies, R & D projects based on empirical research team motivation rare problem. Based on this, refer to domestic and foreign scholars based on the results of the company MT Photo Sharing Status APP R & D project team incentive to investigate and found the company’s MT project team motivation in material and spiritual aspects of certain problems, substances mainly lack of competition in basic salary, bonus system design is unreasonable, the overall low level of welfare is limited and stock options range; spiritual incentives mainly to set team goals are not clear, among the members lack the necessary respect and recognition, organizational support insufficient, inadequate training and promotion is limited and authorized the lack of scientific and rational issues. Share APP R & D project team motivation Problems for MT company photo, in terms of material incentives, mainly put forward by raising public basic wage levels, the scientific development of bonus distribution system, improve the employees welfare and expand the stock option incentive range of other measures to improve incentives degree; spirit incentives measures taken by major scientific and reasonable development of team goals, and enhance recognition of respect between members, to strengthen the organization support team, improve team training mechanism, flow channels and promotion team members authorized to establish and improve relevant systems.
