The Problems And Countermeasures In Increasing Farmers Income Of Pingshan County

Along with the building of moderately prosperous society and the deepening of rural reform, the task of solving the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers has become increasingly difficult. The farmers’income is the core problem of "three rural" issue, only the rapid growth of the farmers’income can solve the farmers’issue and the "three rural" issue fundamentally. Pingshan county is an old revolutionary base area with glorious history and tradition. Nowadays, the overall county develop quickly, but the county’s rural landscape is still relatively backward and the farmers’income increases slowly. Therefore, it becomes urgent to resolve the major issue of promoting the sustained growth of farmers’income in the county.This paper takes the agriculture of Pingshan county, rural areas and farmers’income as the research background objects. First of all, introducing the six historical stages of development of farmers’income in the county,since the founding of New China. Secondly, collecting Pingshan county’s internal information and external environmental information to conduct a comparative analysis on the status quo of farmers’income in Pingshan county, and further analysing the farmers’income of the county. Moreover, revealing the four issues have effect on the slow growth of farmers’income in the county, namely, the rural and agricultural infrastructure is weak, the rural economic structure still has unreasonable advantage, the industrial management of agriculture has not yet formed, and the rural surplus labor force transfer slowly. This paper takes the farmers’income of Pingshan county as an entry point, applying the research methods of comparative analysis to explore the theoretical framework of slow growth in farmers’income. According to the actual situation and local conditions of the county, the countermeasures and proposals are raised in effectively increasing the farmers’income under the guidance of the basic principles of Marxism and the theoretical system of economics disciplines. The countermeasures and proposals are speeding up the construction of rural and agricultural infrastructure, optimizing the adjustment of rural economic structure, accelerating the industrialization of agriculture operations, and speeding up the transfer of rural surplus labor force. The countermeasures and proposals can make contribution to the county’s steadily development of agriculture and the sustained growth of farmers’income, so that lay a solid foundation for the building of new countryside, accelerating the county’s building of moderately prosperous society.
