Aim to food waste disposal in our country is: the construction of circular economy and promote sustainable development. As domestic food waste disposal just start, management method is not perfect. This paper take Ningbo food waste disposal system for example, analyses the key factors influencing of waste disposal and optimize it, provide a reference for other similar cities of eat hutch waste management.This paper use the innovative concept of circular economy to research urban food waste management, combined with the characteristics of domestic food waste, research of present food waste management situation, combining with the eat hutch waste management research status at home and abroad, and for the circular economy at home and abroad for reference, and food waste management research and practice. Under the circular economy of food waste management principles including decrement, reuse, recycle, this topic to run economic indicators and performance indicators to measure circular economy, from Ningbo food waste management regulations, collector and treatment status in three aspects, objective analysis of food waste management problems, according to the circular economy idea is optimized.After optimizing the collector unit cost spending is expected to reduce 3.3%, income increased by 2%, gross margin increased from 6.82% to 6.82%, increased by 74.0%; Eat hutch waste plant is expected to reduce costs by 2.3%, income increased by 3.8%, gross margin increased from 2.32% to 8.04%,significantly increased the city scale of food waste comprehensive treatment and resource recovery and utilization of the management level, realize the food waste disposal minimum resource consumption, resource recycle maximum, minimum environmental pollution degree and the economic benefit is best. Optimization improvement scheme is put forward by this article management, perfect the food waste management, based on local drives the national demonstration cities, the important measures for similar construction will certainly to our country of food waste and other development of biomass wastes and demonstration standard of engineering construction plays an important role, has a strong reference value.
