With the living level improving, the obesity and relatived hyperlipidemia was connected to food structure and nutrition, inducing some high-risk diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and atherosclerosis, so as to threat the human health. Therefore, the development of security reduced-fat versions of foods has already caused the peoples extensive concern on the premise of non-toxic side effects. According to Mongolian medicine canonical and Practical nourished traditional Chinese medicine records, Acanthopanax, Syringa oblata Lindl and Lxeris denticulata are common health care medicine with non-toxic side effects if reasonable consumpt.At present, there is a lot of domestic and foreign data about chemical extraction, biological activity and pharmacological of acanthopanax, Syringa oblata Lindl and Ixeris denticulata research, the component with lipid-lowering diet of flavonoids, saponins and other, but study about reducing weight and fat has been little reported. Therefore, the use of Acanthopanax,Syringa oblata Lindl and Lxeris denticulata made three kinds of suitable for people drinking milk-tea products, at the same time carries on the comparison to its physiological function and mechanism were analyzed, and guide people to consume milk-tea products.This study obtained the optimum conditions to extract active substance respectively from Acanthopanax, Syringa oblata Lindl and Lxeris denticulata. Response surface design was used to optimize the milk tea formula and finally obtained the best milk tea formula. Apply the milk tea to animals fed experiment to observe mice body weight, serology, blood biochemistry index whether there is effect of reducing weight and fat as well as the mechanism of it. The conclusion is as follows:1. Extract flavonoids of Acanthopanax and Lxeris denticulata through hot water extraction,by the results of orthogonal test showed that the best extraction conditions is leaching temperature 80?, leaching time 70 min, and ratio of material to solvent for 1:60. Under the conditions the flavonoids extraction yield can reach 7.48% from Acanthopanax, and 0.41% from Lxeris denticulata.2. Extract the saponins of Syringa oblata Lindl through ultrasonic method, by the results of orthogonal test showed that the best extraction conditions :ratio of material to solvent for 1:15,ultrasonic time is 3 hours, ultrasonic frequency is 2, under which conditions the content of saponins is 2.17%.3. Prairie flavor milk-tea beverage is prepared separately liquid ratio 1:60 leaching liquor ofAcanthopanax, liquid ratio 1:15 leaching liquor of Syringa oblata Lindl and liquid ratio 1:60Lxeris denticulate. Which added milk, sugar and salt. Get on the basis of Acanthopanax extraction liquor of milk-tea formula optimization: flavone of Acanthopana 623mg/L, sugar25.56g/L, salt 1.7g/L, milk 255.6mL/L. On the basis of Syringa oblata Lindl leaching liquor of milk-tea formula optimization: saponin of Syringa oblata Lindl 723mg/L, sugar 57.8g/L, salt1.7g/L, milk 217mL/L. On the basis of Lxeris denticulata leaching liquor of milk-tea formula optimization: flavone of Lxeris denticulata 136.7mL/L, sugar 35.7g/L, salt 1.6g/L, milk312 m L/L. The three kinds of milk-tea products are suitable for drinking.4. The KM mice experimental study showed that Acanthopanax milk-tea, Syringa oblata Lindl milk-tea and Lxeris denticulata milk-tea can effectively control the body weight of obese mice, decreased by 22.1%, 22.1% and 11.93% in turn; significantly reduce the fat coefficient of obese mice, make the obese mice fat cells smaller and fat cells decreased, lower the content of serum triglyceride, total cholesterol nutritional and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) of obese mice, improve the content of HDL-C, significantly increased activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and lower the content of MDA in the liver, have obvious effect to reduce weight and fat. Acanthopanax tea weight loss among the best, followed by Syringa oblata milk tea, clove Lxeris denticulata milk tea weakest.
