As the growing demand of a large number of traditional Chinese medicine,in the process of Chinese traditional medicine planting needs a lot of use to ensure the quality and yield of pesticides.But because of the unreasonable of pesticide used in great quantities,not only to the environment pollution,but also had the opposite effect of medicinal materials itself,in the process of the use of herbs can produce serious harm to human body health,have important security issues,has seriously restricted the export of Chinese medicinal materials,hinder the promotion of traditional Chinese medicine to the world.Therefore,to strengthen the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine has attracted more and more attention,including detection of pesticide residues in the Chinese herbal medicine is particularly important.Acanthopanax and radix isatidis them because,according to its growth characteristics,its growth to widely distributed in northeast China,the Russian far east Asia boreal forest,and hebei,shanxi region.Acanthopanax,radix isatidis,as traditional Chinese medicine has a long history and wide application,which had been recorded in all previous dynasties materia medica.And acanthopanax have medicinal value,not only is the north region,Japan and South Korea,north Korea as a daily vegetables to eat.Both are rich in a variety of nutrients and amino acids,and even contains some essential trace elements.But due to the low natural production,in the process of artificial planting a large number of pesticide use,not only to the environment pollution greatly,and drug safety guarantee,cause serious damage to the health of the body.So on acanthopanax for detecting pesticide residues in radix isatidis and become very urgent,acanthopanax,radix isatidis in the research,the analysis of pesticide residues detection method could help Chinese herbal medicine quality standard control and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)of foreign trade.Under the condition of the reading of vast amount of literature at home and abroad,established a acanthopanax,determination of content of different pesticide residues in radix isatidis,and systematically studied the experiment,the specific program content is as follows:(1)Established by gas chromatography and electron capture detection(GC-ECD-MS)of ultrasonic combined method for determination of acanthopanax and radix isatidis is contained in 6 kinds of organochlorine pesticide residues level,both the peak area of external standard method calculation of organochlorine pesticide residues.Hexachlorobenzene(HCBs),Heptachlor,Heptachlor,trans chlordane(trans-chlordane)and p’,p-DDT(p,p-DDT)in the range of 5-1000 mu g/L is linear,and good linear relationship,and gamma(gamma-HCH)666 and Aldrin(Aldrin)in the range of 5-250 mu g/L is linear,and good linear relationship.Acanthopanax in 15,30,60 mu g/kg added three levels of average recovery were 90.3 to 97.2%,93.2 98.5%and 92.4 99.2%,relative standard deviation RSD were 3.4 to 9.6%,1.26.4%and 1.8 8.6%;Radix isatidis in 15,30,60 mu g/kg added three levels of average recovery were 90.0 to 97.4%,90.5 97.2%and 94.9 98.0%,relative standard deviation RSD 1.8 7.7%,1.3 and 9.5%respectively,and 1.3 to 3.8%.Results show that this method is quick and easy,good separation efficiency,high sensitivity and reliable analysis results,the characteristics of and applicable to acanthopanax and the determination of organochlorine pesticide residues contained in radix isatidis.(2)Established the ultrasonic combined gas chromatography and electron capture detection(GC-ECD-MS)method in the determination of acanthopanax,radix isatidis three pyrethroid pesticide residue levels,the peak area of external standard method calculation the pyrethroid pesticide residues.Cypermethrin,cypermethrin,fenvalerate,fenvalerate and deltamethrin(deltamethrin)in 8-1000 mu g/L range inside sex is good.Acanthopanax in 15,30,60 mu g/kg added three levels of average recovery were 91.3 to 95.5%,92.5 96.8%and 94.9 98.3%,relative standard deviation RSD were 3.2 to 9.5%,2.7 9.4%and 3.5 6.8%;Radix isatidis in 15,30,60 mu g/kg added three levels of average recovery were 93.7 to 98.6%,95.2 96.5%and 90.6 95.7%,relative standard deviation RSD 5.6 9.3%,3.2 and 5.3%respectively,and 6.0 to 9.8%.Results show that the method is simple,rapid,sensitive and good separation efficiency,suitable for acanthopanax,the determination of pyrethroid pesticide residue content in radix isatidis.The results showed that:in acanthopanax samples,hexachlorobenzene,heptachlor,p’,pDDT and cypermethrin has checked out in the mass spectrum detection by compared with the standard spectrum of spectral library,convinced that value qual is respectively 95,93,95,93,in accordance with the standard spectrum of basic,make the pesticide component has been definitely confirmed.The average content were 610.73,80.32,290.96,320,15 mg/kg;Radix isatidis heptachlor,p’,p-DDT and cypermethrin were detected,in the mass spectrum detection by compared with the standard spectrum of spectral library,convinced that value qual 92,95,96,respectively,in accordance with the standard spectrum of basic,make the pesticide component has been definitely confirmed.The average content of 431.38,431.38,50.86 mg/kg.This suggests that,acanthopanax,radix isatidis growth environment(including soil,water,air,etc.)there is a certain degree of organic pesticide pollution,or in the near future with organic pesticide input,no scientific and reasonable use of pesticides.
