In order to study the mechanical characteristics and reliability of mining backhoe loader during scooping granular coal and rock, its dynamics and mechanical characteristics of its components are analyzed. the bucket load is regarded as the resistance superposition of tangential, normal and lateral through reasonable assumptions and simplification.Normal resistance model of the bucket was established by using Weibull distribution and analysis of deterministic. Lateral resistance model was established by using the two-parameter method. Tangential resistance model was established by using joint distribution and random signal method. That're provide new methods for determining the random load.Calculation method of the tracks contact with the bottom is established by using interactive mechanics and multi-body dynamics theory. It laid a theoretical foundation for researching multi-body dynamics of the mining backhoe loader. Taking a domestic mining backhoe loader as the research object, its dynamic model is analyzed in scooping conditions. It's conclusion that spatial displacement and force law of walking mechanism and transport machinery, and then the results obtained verified by using ADAMS. The results show that its conveying channel is most easily damaged components. the location is most easily damaged in the joint between the walking mechanism and the transport machinery. The researching concluded that it provides an important basis for improving its structural design, improving its performance, improving its reliability and its service life.
