Due to the presence of raw materials,operating equipment and other objective factors,On the food processing industry there is inevitably mixed metal contaminant issues.Once people eat foods containing metallic foreign bodies,cause severe damage to the mouth,esophagus and other digestive system.The Metal Detector is a metal detection device,which uses the physical principle of electromagnetic induction for detecting and removing these metal contaminants at various stages of food processing.Now,with metal detection technology development,testing equipment also requires more and more intelligent,and requirements for testing equipment interactive interface design are also increasing,but there are single graphical user interface,poor handling,equipment maintenance difficulties and other problems for most of the domestic detection equipment.So designing more feature-optimized operation and more convenient graphical user interface(Graphical User Interface,abbreviated GUI)is imperative.For this situation,this paper designs an embedded human-machine interface to meet current demand by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the current the metal detector system to solve these problems.the overall perform of the system is improved and the structure of the software and hardware is simplified.And the paper does a large optimization in functional use to enhance the user experience.Firstly,this paper analyzes the functional requirements of the metal detector GUI system,according to the actual functional requirements and combined with the design principle of embedded GUI system,the overall scheme and development process of the metal detector GUI system are designed.Moreover,the paper carries out specific function design for improving the user experience.Secondly,according to the function and software requirements,this paper presents the general design scheme of the hardware platform of the metal detector GUI system.And the main hardware selection and unit circuit are analyzed in detail.Then,the paper analyzes the working mechanism and the file system structure of ?C/OS-III operating system and realizes the integration of emWin graphics system and ?C/OS-III on the hardware platform according to the development characteristics of integrated development environment Keil MDK.On this basis,the whole development process of the system software is summarized,and the code is written to realize the application software function.Finally,every module of the metal detector GUI system is analyzed and tested in detail.The finished metal detector has a good stability and reliability,and it can realize the embedded control of the metal detector.Moreover,the metal detector GUI system meets the development requirements of human computer interaction and provides a reference for the development of more complex GUI system in the future.
