| Picks as one of the important coal mining equipment parts,because of the complexity of its rock-breaking environment and picks are in the working conditions by cyclical repeated load impact,making it prone to fatigue damage and abrasion off and other failure modes.CAE finite element technology as the background.ANSYS LS-DYNA software applications for different tooth tip angle and the tooth itself cone angle of the picks rock breaking process finite element simulation,The application of LS-PREPOST postprocessor generates three different picks force structure and rules of the stress curve in the broken rock to determine the proper angle of picks related structures;By ANSYS workbench,in the analysis module of the impact of the shock dynamics response characteristics in different tooth tip angle and the tooth itself cone angle,the influence of different picks to its impulse response of the structure is got;In DesignLife fatigue analysis,the distribution of fatigue damage of pick is obtained,the fatigue damage-prone area of the pick is determined.In the article,the variation of the force and the impact response characteristics of different angle between the tooth tip and the tooth itself cone is studied when pick breaking the rock,it has some reference value for different studies of it and provides a theoretical basis to the experimental studies and optimization of structural design of the rock breaking of the pick. |
