Research On Impact Factors For Effectiveness Of Coalmine Safety Management Institution

Frequent coal mine accidents reflect that coal mine safety management institutions exist unscientific, not well executed and no perfect mechanism, then they lack effectiveness. However, there is too much research concerns miners'unsafe behavior, as violations, lack of correlation analysis of the effectiveness of the safety management institution. So based enterprise, this paper redefines concept of coal mine safety management institutional effectiveness after reading literature and interview; studies the factors of coal mine safety management institutional effectiveness from process of the institution; based theory of reasoned action and Coalmine of Bin Lang, makes an empirical impact mechanism study of Bin Lang coal miners" compliance behavior from the implementation process of safety management institution, using questionnaire survey, SPSS and AMOS software. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Coal mine safety management institutional effectiveness refers to the extent of achieving security objectives on the basis of code of conduct for employees of coal, including scientific, operational effectiveness and perfection.(2)The effectiveness of coal mine safety management institution influenced by establish procedures and ways; managers and miners'qualities, organizational supervision, compliance atmosphere; institutional assessment, amendments and other factors from the process.(3)By studying the impact mechanisms of Bin Lang coal miners'compliance behavior, during the implementation process of safety management institutions, finds miners compliance attitude, ability and organizational compliance regulatory, compliance behavioral intentions with a significant positive correlation, compliance behavioral intentions, organizational atmosphere of behavior compliance and compliance behavior also with a significant positive correlation.(4)Propose several measures to enhance the effectiveness of Bin Lang coal mine safety management institution, including conduct evaluating effectiveness of the safety management institution, enhance management institutional quality by emphasis on process. improve supervision of management institutional implementation, strengthen compliance behavior management and change concept of security management. Also, point out that these measures have reference to other coals.
