Rsearch On The Effect Of KYT To The Mental Health And Violating Operation Of Coal Miner

The mortality rate of the coal industry is always higher than many other high-risk industries. It is so different from other industries that it is heavy with potential trouble and danger. The work condition of some medium and small coal mines is not qualified and their system is not perfect enough. The workers who lack of education can't be aware of danger. Accident prevention is beyond the common sense in general environment conditions. Thus, workers can realize and control the potential danger and improve their ability of self-prevention as well as their consciousness of prevention of accidents only by attending trainings about how to product safely which are organized by relative organizations.Workers may be bored with their jobs because of the characters of their work, such as chronicity, continuity and repeatability. They may also disobey the rules during production process because of their fluke mind and laziness. The purpose of this article is to examine the influence of examples on workers' mental health and working habits. The examination is done by questionnaire survey.200 workers have been educated through KYT and questionnaires were given to them before and after the training to get results.
