In the urbanization process of China, garbage issues have become increasingly prominent. Currently, there are mainly three methods for the treatment of municipal solid waste: sanitary landfill, composting and incineration. Different methods have their advantages and disadvantages. In practice, the method of handle and dispose garbage should be selected scientifically and be adapted to local conditions. Incineration as the technology which can really achieve reduction, harmless and resource, has been gradually popularized in China.This paper is focused on technical study and benefit estimation for resource utilization and Linqu Municipal Solid Waste(MSW) incineration power generation project. On this basis, further demonstrates the implementation of the project on how to bring the benefits of local, technical solutions used in this project is reasonable and feasible, whether there is a better choice, which factors of investment income, whether there is reference to other similar projects, and what conditions apply to promote the use of technology should be noted that, as a basis for investment decisions in this project and other similar projects.Mainly under the premise of the waste resource utilization status, the technical characteristics of waste disposal, waste composition characteristics, waste production and other external conditions. This project furnace, burning line, waste heat boilers and steam parameters, turbine and other technical parameters are studied. Pollutant control schemes of flue gas cleaning, ash handling, leachate treatment are proposed. Then the technical and economic evaluation of the project is carried out..According to the amount of waste generated and the properties of the current composition of Linqu, Linqu project design scale is 600 t/d, incinerate waste and use waste heat to power generation. Recommended for mechanical moving grate furnace incinerator, waste heat boiler steam parameters for the temperature and pressure, turbine generator installed capacity of 12 MW, the use of "two furnaces one machine" configuration, that is 2×300 t/d incinerator +1×12 MW condensing steam turbine generator. Based on the semi-dry process of flue gas purification, denitrification equipment is configured. Use the nearby landfill and leachate treatment plant which has been built to slag, fly ash and leachate treatment. Technical and economic evaluation of the results is better, this project is feasible.This article is only predicted total waste Linqu next ten years, the time needed to further expand the scope of research to ensure that the project 30 years behind. During the project construction, through optimized design and improved technology to further reduce risk and increase the feasibility of the project. During the project operation, we should adjust the parameters of the actual data, strengthen the management and technological innovation, continuous improvement of production efficiency and energy efficiency.
