Research On Rural Environmental Planning Management Of Changsha County

Point source pollution and non-point source pollution have coexisted and worsened continuously in current rural areas.Now more and more attention has been paid to its compilation and implementation of environmental planning in order to protect rural environment.However,this program has gradually caused concern in recent years and there is a lot to be improved.This paper focuses on rural environmental protection program of Changsha county.Document analysis,empirical research,case study and mathematical statistics are used to investigate the influence of rural environment before and after program;data of source water quality is compared to know the improvement of rural environment before and after program.based on environmental work experience,the author is aim at compilation and implementation.In this paper,water environment improvement,soil environment improvement,livestock breeding are mentioned.This paper will be valuable for further environmental planning.Through the data comparison method,this paper analyzes the specific content of the implementation of the Changsha County environmental protection plan,so as to know changes in planning after the implementation of the quality of drinking water,rural living garbage,livestock pollution,soil pollution etc..At the same time,it is also found that there are some defects in the process of planning and implementation,especially for the planning and implementation of the specific project supervision and operation and maintenance,planning andpreparation of public participation in the process of strength,etc.On this basis,combined with the actual situation in Changsha County,the corresponding measures are put forward.Further improved on the basis of the previous work,preliminary exploration of the key points of the rural environmental protection planning with universal law,so it can be used to provide similar environmental protection planning work.
