In the current tendency of economic evolution and industrial upgrading,the coatings industry urgently needs improvement of production process,production methods and production equipment,so that to achieve the goal of intelligent and automated green production.This paper constructed the research of the energy conservation and environmental protection of resin synthesis system,canning automation process and intelligent campus construction system to help paint production enterprises achieve environmental protection,intelligent equipment upgrades and campus construction method.This paper firstly modified the resin synthesis reaction kettle and feeding system by designing a set of spiral lock type feeder control device,realizing that the monomer in the reaction kettle and organic volatile gas phase were in isolation with the outside world.Adopting the way of the feed pump pressure pipeline,combining traffic monitoring sensors and flow control device,we constructed an effective feeding control system to achieve the accurate quality control into the material.Then,the design of the mechanical seal for the reaction kettle stirring device,with the integrated design of double end face,high temperature resistant silicone oil cooling way,improving the reaction kettle and the sealing effect between mixing plant;To increases the viscosity of the reaction kettle device detection feedback design,the intelligent,automation standard but also automatically detect the function of the product molecular weight.Redesigned the different from the traditional mixing plant of impeller,significantly improve the mixing efficiency.Through the four stages of temperature control,intelligent temperature control system of resin synthesis reaction kettle has been designed.To solve a series of automatic continuous operation problem in the paint production,we designed a set of high-precision paint filling production line,the filling speed,the load precision,automation,automatic control and other indicators have reached the international advanced level.We each part according to the process of the production line has carried on the classification,respectively by transmission,automatic barrels,paint filling,capping and stacking of five processes.PLC system programming system for automatic control of the above.For this set of paint filling production system in the design of the mechanical equipment,its main mechanical design is composed of four parts,respectively is transmitting device,filling device,block device,and piling device.In line with to build more secure,more efficient,more practical and more economical of the concept of the factory,in this paper,the design and construction of a complete intelligent system of factory management,respectively by the ring factory security anti-theft alarm system,computer network system,closed-circuit television monitoring system,access control attendance system,broadcasting system.In summary,this whole environmental and intelligent research of paint production enterprises for the construction of the factory have good advancement,scientific and practical.This will be useful for my coatings and other chemical industry upgrading projects,providing very good theoretical model design,promoting the rapid development of the green chemical industry in China.
