Layout Optimization Of J Company Noodle Packaging Workshop

The nineteen major report of the party points out that China's economy is in the process of changing the way of development,optimizing the economic structure and changing the driving force for growth.In order to adapt to the new normal state of economic development,it requires enterprises to pay more attention to the third source of profit,reduce production costs and improve efficiency,so as to enhance the competitiveness of the market.Small and micro manufacturing enterprises often have problems such as production logistics confusion,facility layout and so on.How to improve these problems is the key for enterprises to reduce costs and improve efficiency.This paper takes the layout of the noodle packing workshop of J company as the research object,introduces the current situation of the workshop,and analyzes the problems and causes in the workshop,such as the decentralization of the facility function area,the confusion of the logistics line,and the unclear responsibility of the workers.Using industrial engineering theory,product yield ABC classification,system facility layout method(SLP)and other methods,the layout of facilities is optimized,and three layout schemes of A,B and C are formed.Finally,weighting evaluation is applied to evaluate and select the plan.The main contents are as follows:(1)The present situation of noodle packing workshop in J company is introduced,including the layout of production line,process flow,production capacity and so on.The problems existing in the layout and production logistics of the workshop are also analyzed: the layout of facilities is decentralized,the logistics route is complex,the transportation intensity is large,and the responsibilities of employees are unknown.Through the investigation and analysis,it is mainly due to the lack of planning at the beginning of the workshop construction,and the improper placement after the introduction of new equipment in the later period.(2)For facility layout and production logistics in J company noodle packaging workshop problems,according to meet the requirements of production facilities layout planning principles,according to the analysis,optimization and selection process,analyze the workshop work units,the design of A,B,C three sets of programs and plans as an alternative.(3)For the above three sets of design options,three indicators of area efficiency,investment plan economy and logistics equivalence were selected,and the index weighted evaluation method was used to make a comparative evaluation.The plan C was the best one.
