Human society in the 21 st century,the energy crisis restricts the development of social productivity,the development and application of energy-saving equipments are high-profile,and governments around the world have stepped up investment in the nuclear power industry.In the manufacturing of nuclear power main equipments,the steam generator tube sheet drilling which is one of the key working procedure,mainly relys on imported equipments to complete in our country at present.In order to meet the steam generator tube plate drilling requirements of Dongfang(Guangzhou)Heavy Machinery Co.,Ltd.(DEC),Wuhan Heavy Duty Machine Tool Group Corporation has developed a new type of high-efficiency and high-precision special machine tool,which is named CNC gantry multi-spindles drilling machine ZK5540,and it fills the domestic blank.This thesis researched the electrical design of the machine tool.On the basis of fully understand the machine design parameters and each part of the structure,SINUMERIK 840 D was selected as the numerical control system of the machine tool.The model of drive system was determined by calculating,the model of man-machine communication equipments and PLC module were determined according to the practical application;the thesis respectively analyzed the hardwares interface,designed the circuit diagram and the electrical control system block diagram;it completed hardware configuration of the PLC modules,determined the structure of the PLC program;and it discussed the following technical difficult points in detail:(1)The research on the double-channel and double-way group function of SINUMERIK 840 D numerical control system,the setting method of the related NC parameters,the design of the related PLC program and the method of the related processing programming;(2)The research on the gantry axis function of SINUMERIK 840 D numerical control system,the setting method of the related NC parameters,the design of the related PLC program;(3)Through the multi-axis drilling experience to obtain the influence factors and change rules of spindle vibration and load in the process of machining,research on the working principle,hardware composition and hardware connection ways of TMS tool monitoring system,the design of the related PLC program,the recording and analysis of TMS test run.The research and practice of CNC gantry multi-spindles drilling machine ZK5540 will greatly improve the level of CNC machine tool design and manufacturing in China,realize the completion of domestic 1000 MW large nuclear power plants steam generator tube sheet processing tasks,and promote the development of nuclear power industry in China.
