Study On The Water Environment Governance Of Urban River

With the Hangzhou G20 summit held successfully,let the world people see a clear,beautiful shore of West Lake,a glittering in Hangzhou.But in this beautiful background,Hangzhou still has a lot of bad V class water quality black river.Urban river water environment governance is a comprehensive,long-term governance process.In the face of Hangzhou city river water environment governance has been nearly 10 years of background,there is an urgent need to review the city river water environment governance review,in order to ensure the continuous development of urban water environment governance.This paper takes Hangzhou city of Jianggan District river water environment governance as template.First summarizes the current situation,in the city of river water environment governance in Jianggan District in recent years,the achievements and the city river management system,from the theory of qualitative analysis of main factors that influence the city river water environment management.Secondly,by collecting the data from 2011 to 2015 in the city water environmental governance,including data of water quality,river regulation,data interception sewer dredging data,data analysis,multivariate linear regression,data from quantitative analysis confirmed that the city river water environment management is a comprehensive management,collaborative management of each department.Thirdly,the management system of Jianggan District river water environment management is analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the management system are analyzed.Finally,based on the theory of management,the advantages and disadvantages of the management system of Jianggan District river water environment management are analyzed,and the suggestions for improving the defects are put forward.The possible innovation of this paper is to collect a large number of areas of river water environmental control data,from the management theory and combined with the specific case,and deepening of the reform of city river water environment management system,has a strong theoretical and practical significance.
