Research On Improvement Of TRUMPF Machine Localization Project Schedule Planning

Many foreign companies are positively boost up localization strategy in China, on the one hand could lead perfect products into Chinese market in order to reduce research and development cost and save time.on the other hand could build up and optimize spare parts after-sales system due to realize products local purchasing, production and transportation,in order that realize cost saving, enlarge market shares, keep stable client base and competition capability in fierce market competition environment.under such background, make improvement management for localization project pre-launch phase program scheduling can reduce whole processes risks influence,also can ensure localization project to be finished in scheduled lead time, at the same time can save program cost.This thesis is research on CCM application for TRUMPF machine localization project,firstly make analysis of common existed resources conflicts in project, especially analyze localization project program scheduling method shortage in different resources conflicts based on traditional PERT and CPM, also research how to apply CPM and TOC theory for finding the bottleneck in CCM.Considering human resources factor and other limited resources influence, this thesis make use of CCM to make new program scheduling model, thru shortening safety time and setting up reasonable buffer area in CCM in order to reduce unkown factors influence complete critical chain lead time realization on time, even shortening the scheduled lead time and ensure project finished in effiency. The research result in this thesis could provide reference for other industry localization projects.
