The flying shear machine is a kind of important slab cutting equipment, usually usedin rolling production line to the head of the slab, cutting the end operation and scaleoperation, it is also an important component of the continuous rolling productionequipment, the working performance has a directly important on the whole the rollingprocess efficiency and product quality.Drum flying shear has a wide application at home and abroad.It has the importantmeaning on the structure of the flying shear cylinder cylinder, the flying shear machineshearing analysis, and understanding drum flying shear.Taking a steel cylinder the flying shear machine as the research object in the paper,firstly drawing the whole equipment two-dimensional, familiaring with the flying shearcomponents characteristics, and the core parts of3graphics. After the introduction of theflying shear, technical parameters, working principle, main structure; And takes finiteelement simulation of the flying shear machine cylinder shearing process; first throughthe researches of previous done and application of existing formula, and then takingfinite element simulationin of flying shear machine cylinder shearing process by produced3-D model in the SOLIDWOKS, taken into dimension finite element software DEFORM.To find the factors of flying shear force cylinder machine parameters analyzed throughthe shearing simulating, by using the finite element method, the thickness and width,shear temperature and shear speed, the influential factors were analyzed. According to thequality of the shear section, and find out the influence than section of the quality factor,and according to the calculation of the shear force calculation shear work choose motor.The flying shear cylinder of motor mechanics analysis, the dynamic analysis is the use ofABAQUS finite element software, the first modal analysis, and analyses the first tenmodes, and then do the dynamic response analysis, focusing on the main part of the maincomponents of the view of the shocking response.As the flying shear from the experimental point of view of the limitations of theproblem, so I chose from the perspective of finite element analysis to study analysis andthe result is still a great reference value.
