With the improvement of living standards,people are constantly increasing demand for fructose,show the increasing demand on the one hand,on the other hand,the rising demand of the quality of fructose.However,at home,the production of fructose is much more dependent on the traditional production systemlt is a trend to study better and more automated systems in the form of high demand for automated equipment for the production of fructose.Paper puts forward a kind of the Siemens S7-400 as a centralized-distributed control of fructose production control system,and the collecting and distributing type control system were studied.Production control level the Siemens S7-400 as the basis of control system,ensure the reliability and stability of production control level.Choose CPU operation station S7-416-2 DP with input and output sub station complete communication using profibus-dp network protocol.WinCC and configuration tools for the centralized operation and monitoring center,the use of profibus-dp network protocol to complete industrial computer and programmable controller both information and communication.Fructose control system hardware structure of system is studied,and the implementation based on WinCC5.0 tools to the hardware configuration of the system,and completed the picture of fructose production process control system monitoring,diagnosis and specific parameter curve,information processing,etc.Based on Bang-Bang are studied combined with improved PID control algorithm of fructose starch liquefaction process of control system of temperature control algorithm.Developed based on Bang-Bang control program combined with improved PID control algorithm,to solve the traditional PID algorithm can not achieve complex process of change,the temperature control is not stable,hysteresis is difficult to control,can't fully satisfy the process changing conditions.And focus to the temperature control system control algorithm in the process of liquefied starch as an example,the temperature control in the process of realizing the control,so as to control by PID control strategy is proposed in fructose production process control of the temperature control strategy.
