With the rapid development of Sinopec gas industry, the requirements for gas flow me-tering calibration grow very fast. In order to ensure accurate and reliable measuring data, to ensure the safty and stable operation of natural gas pipeline network, to improve the enter-prise economic benefit continuously, Sinopec approved its gas branch to con-struct a set of mobile gas measurement standard device in Wuhan. Natural gas flow measurement instru-ments can be traced back to the standard device, and ensured accu-rate and reliable of the measurement data in the process of trade transition. Its traceabil-ity chain is continuous, closed. When it is completed, the Wuhan Substation will apply for national legal authoriza-tion, and make it a national measurement standard, and will carry out official verification work. It will also fill the technology gap in the field of high pressure large flow gas solid flow testing in Sinopec.At present, the research on the risk management of mobile gas flowrate calibration equipment system was at the blank stage. Most discusses only for the risk of natural gas pipeline engineering and gas transportation station, In this issue, the risk management of mobile gas flowrate calibration equipment of Wuhan substation was discussed, and the risk identification, risk assessment, risk response and monitoring of the mobile gas flowrate calibration equipment construction project were studied. The risk management system and standard system files of mobile gas flowrate calibration equipment of Wu-han substation were integrated. When integrated with the standard system documents, the effectiveness and efficiency of risk management system were improved, which made the construction project of mobile gas flowrate calibration equipment carrying out smoothly. It provided some reference method for the risk management especially, which aimd to improve the level of risk management of engineering construction project, and minimize accidents and loss.
