In the petrochemical enterprises,petrochemical equipment is the main carrier of risk.The harm of refinery equipment failure will not only bring serious personne,l environment,but also for the production and operation of the company caused serious economic losses.The integrity of the safe operation of equipment is to be kept refining equipment,but at home,complete equipment of petrochemical enterprises and scientific research institutions,although there are many large enterprises in the positive from foreign imports,but the integrity of the overall China's refining equipment,so there is still in a just the initial stage,this paper study on the equipment of the integrity of the system to the integrity of equipment management in China petrochemical industry to provide reference.This paper mainly studies the following aspects:(1)In the analysis based on the construction of domestic and foreign literature and petrochemical enterprises equipment integrity related system elements,to carry out equipment integrity management system research,concise summary for the core elements of the equipment management in petrochemical enterprise.(2)The complete equipment management assessment method and assessment model analysis,guide enterprises to carry out equipment integrity management present situation assessment,and the establishment and implementation of the steps and methods of management system of complete equipment,to guide enterprises to establish,implement and maintain the effective operation of the equipment integrity management system.(3)According to the requirement of equipment integrity management system and management,research equipment integrity management information system functional architecture and technical architecture and from the point of view of risk management of equipment information proposed equipment risk management information.And the software interface of risk management is designed.Taking delayed coking plant as an example,the application is described,provide a reference for guiding enterprises to build complete equipment management information system.
