With the expanding of market demand,the production of iron and steel enterprise urgently needs to improve product quality and production.The company introduced the fourth Morgan high-speed production line from abroad,has been built and put into use in 2012.Company to build itself into a modern iron and steel enterprises outstanding competitive advantages for the development goals,strengthen equipment update,the production of high quality steel has been widely praised.High-speed production line Morgan has six generations,on behalf of the world's advanced level of production equipment,the main production equipment:gas furnace,17 roughing mill,4 pre finishing mill,8 finishing mill,4 units of reducing diameter,Morgan spinning machine,air-cooled chiller line,set volume station,line equipment and lifting transportation equipment.This topic is mainly to the production principle of the high speed wire rod rolling line spinning parts,and equipment operation condition,equipment failure analysis,etc,put forward the optimization and improvement.Combine the spinning machine in practical production of our company and excessive vibration,bearing temperature,spinning machine guide before wear problems for research.According to the development of the spinning machine production equipment,the feasibility to improve the analysis.For high speed wire rod production line Morgan spinning area as the research sample,analyze the influencing factors of spinning machine production,put forward the reform scheme,implementation of the reform,create benefits.By the working principle,In this paper the spinning machine from vibration was introduced,dynamic balance analysis,bearing failure analysis,spinning disc wear analysis,etc,to improve repair plan,finally,combined with the actual effect of the improved my company came to the conclusion.Optimized design in the formal application in April 2015,after nearly a year of actual production test,the results show that stable and the improvement of equipment operation before equipment has obvious improvement in production efficiency,for after relocation,the company's normal production and laid a good foundation.
