Research On Schedule Plan And Control Of Fire Alarm System Revamping Project For Baosteel's 2030 Cold Rolling Mill

Schedule plan expresses the progress of all works carried out in the project,which includes the sequence,the projects time and finish time.Through the preparation of the schedule,the project can be implemented as an organic whole.Schedule plan is the basis for progress control and management.As the largest steel-making enterprises in China with most complete product specifications,and largest share of high-tech products with high added value,Baosteel has introduced the the concept of project management earlier in the times.The various types of engineering construction projects widely used Project management as a management method,but just stay in the concept of project management theories,methods,tools,etc.and can not use those maturely,especially in the sense revamping projects.This paper discusses how to schedule and control the projects based on the project management theories and tools,and concrete practice of a fire alarm system revamping projects in baosteel's 2030 cold rolling mill.Firstly,this paper describes the related theoretical background,and then introduce the general situation of a fire alarm system in 2030 cold rolling mill and to explain the necessity of it.According to the actual situation of the project can determine the project organization structure drawn by project management for project description,decomposition,working relations determination,work time estimation and network plan of the project.By continuously monitoring the implementation of the project plan to ensure each task according to progress of the implementation of the plan.At the same time,external factors affecting response to changing,to take the necessary measures to control the schedule.The main content of this paper is to discuss the related measures in the progress of the project planning process and schedule control.Through the research on schedule plan and control of the project,it presents the organic combination of theory and practice.Theories play a role in the stage of actual work,and the actual work was completed under the guidance of the theory of more outstanding.According to the new aim of this project caused by a fire accident in 2050 hot rolling mill,it meets the overall interests of the company by using the related method of schedule control theory.Finally,this papar is summarized and some similar project in the future is emphasized at the end.
