In recent years,Additive manufacturing technology has achieved considerable development and progress in many fields,it would be able to solve a lot of problems such as pressing density is not reliable or unreliable lap now in the process of charging if apply this technology to the energetic material the molding manufacture.Combined with the material manufacturing technology,test system transformation,process parameters to improve the solvent material containing energy in the material manufacturing test system material adaptability research.First of all,this paper has conducted the research to the material and forming principle,the best material solvent ratio of 1.1:1 was determined by the actual operation,and test for the parameters of the material,mainly to test and analyze the shear viscosity and thermodynamic performance parameters,the entrance pressure and extrusion speed is positive correlation,but the nozzle diameter and extrusion speed the linear relationship between the clear,and in the solvent ratio of thermal conductivity of materials under the condition of 1.1:1 is 0.6077W/m·K,the thermal diffusion rate is 0.01629mm2/s,the specific heat capacity is 3.39*104J/Kg K.Secondly,to obtain rapid prototyping materials required by solvent method,using computer and mechanical system combined with rapid prototyping by orthogonal experimental procedures,variables changing variables of the process parameters in the forming process of the changes to the forming result,and obtains the rule:the printing layer thickness increases when the sample size deviation rate the length width height of three aspects were significantly larger,the printing layer thickness is smaller,the higher precision molding sample size.The extrusion speed and the filling speed effect on the dimensional accuracy of no obvious linear relationship between the molding size measured in the length and width of the size less than most theoretical models of molding parts,and size measurement in the height direction of the value in the design of molding parts size test value fluctuates up and down.Finally,in the rapid prototyping steps completed successfully,analyzed the precision of size and porosity of the obtained samples to determine the forming quality,and find out the size precision to consider only the X?Y direction,the optimum process parameters in this test should be:40mm/s of extrusion speed,filling speed 35mm/s,print thickness 0.2mm,using the line filling mode;if only considering the dimensional accuracy in Z direction,the optimal processparameters in this test should be:40mm/s of extrusion speed,filling speed 35mm/s,print thickness 0.2mm,using concentric filling mode;if we only consider the type specimen into the compactness of the best that the minimum porosity,extrusion speed is 30mm/s the optimal process parameters.Filling speed is 40mm/s,the printing layer thickness is 0.2mm with the Archimedes chord filling mode.
