In this paper,the industrial park in the quasi-protected zone of the water source is taken as the object of study,and the characteristics of the industrial park in the quasi-protected zone of water source and the accidental superposition effect of the park are analyzed.Based on risk identification and source analysis of environmental risk sources in the industrial park,this paper constructs the environmental risk evaluation index system,and the improved catastrophe evaluation method was applied to this study.Taking the Industrial Park of Gangji Town as an example,the environmental risk of each enterprise environmental risk and regional environmental risk in the industrial park were calculated and the risk level was judged respectively.The details are as follows:(1)Firstly,the characteristics of environmental risk of industrial enterprises were analyzed from the aspects of risk material,production facilities and secondary accidents.Aiming at the superposition effect of the environmental risk events in the industrial park,this paper analyzed the secondary chain accident of the risk source of the environmental risk source explosion and leakage accident in the industrial park,and the particularity of the environmental risk of the industrial park in the quasi-protected zone is considered from the control of total pollutant discharge.Calculating the source of the leakage,the secondary accident source,and based on one-dimensional and two-dimensional water quality model to calculate the impact of emergencies on the water source.(2)In view of the fact that the catastrophe theory evaluation method does not need to be empowered,so it is applied to this study.The conventional catastrophe evaluation value close to 1 is extended to the [0,1] interval by the improved method,and the resolution of the evaluation value is increased.The annual emission of COD,the annual emission of ammonia and the possibility of migration represent the particularity of the enterprises in the quasi-protected zone.The secondary accident factor represents the influence of the secondary accident of the industrial park,the environmental risk assessment index system including 15 risk factors,risk material migration and emergency management is constructed,and calculation of environmental risk value of industrial park enterprises by improved catastrophe theory evaluation method.Finally,based on the principle of Yao Zhiqi index,the formula of regional environmental risk isdeduced,and the regional environmental risk is calculated.(3)An example is given to the industrial park in the quasi-protected zone of reservoir in Hefei City,and the size and grade of the environmental risk source were calculated.Applying the improved catastrophe theory evaluation method to calculate the environmental risk of the 30 enterprise risk sources in the park.The results show that there are 3 large risk level,5 are the higher risk level,22 are the general risk level among the 30 enterprise risk sources,and the regional environmental risk value is0.4320,which belongs to the big risk level.Compared with the results of the "Risk Assessment Guide for Enterprise Emerging Environmental Events",the results of this study can be used to express the environmental risk of each enterprise in the form of index,the results of the risk rating are basically the same as those of the "Guide" risk level,but there are some differences in the results of the individual enterprises.Finally,the reason of the difference is analyzed.(4)Based on the evaluation results,the paper puts forward the environmental risk management and emergency proposal for the industrial park in the quasi-protected zone.The evaluation results of environmental risk have certain practical significance,which can provide reference and technical support for decision makers.
