Research and analysis of large vertical mill is one of the most important works in the grinding equipment R&D of cement production process.Currently,there are much enough R&D about the small vertical mill at home and abroad,namely,the small types of vertical mill has been widely used,which the diameter of table<5.3 m.it meets the Grinding needs of 5000t/d or less cement production lines,the vertical mill of 5000t/d or more mainly imports.With the adjustment of the national macroeconomic policies about energy saving and the technological development of large cement production line,it have a large gap between the grinding equipment technology and the needs of 5000?10000t/d production line in our country.In this paper,the mill table and separators of vertical mill for 6000t/d supporting is selected as research objects,to researching the large vertical mill of Grinding system and equipment.Mill table and separator is finite element analyzed by using the Autodesk inventor and ANSYS workbench,the paper describes the development process in detail,and discuss the design methods.It analyzed the affection between the shape of rotor blade and the flow field of the staging area,providing shape-selection plan.The main contents are as follows:1.Mill table is to be parametric modeling in the Autodesk Inventor,the structural optimization and structural static analysis is to be done in the ANSYS workbench.Finally,a design scheme is obtained,its weight is less than 100T,the stress distribution is reasonable,with high safety factor.2.Dynamic characteristics research of mill table is studied by using the modal and harmonic response of ANSYS workbench.we get the dynamic characteristics of mill table by the dynamic analysis,it is not only to finding out the resonance frequency and vibration mode,but also to providing a reference for the displacement vibration monitor settings of the actual operation.3.Through the research on the characteristics of the separator's flow field,the differential equation of motion is established,the inlet velocity and outlet pressure of the flow field are solved,we get the boundary conditions with the characteristics of flow field.4.The parametric model of separator's classifying areas is to be made in the Autodesk Inventor.The flow field of separator was simulated by the fluent of workbench.there are four shapes of rotor blade to be studied in the same condition,it includes I?L?Z and water drop,we get the advantages and disadvantages of each blade,and its application range.The content and results of the present thesis can provide some reference and experience for the large vertical mill finish grinding systems and equipment,as well as some guidance in the design and research of the large vertical mill or similar equipment.
