Science and technology in the continuous development of its application areas are also constantly expanding in the application of coal mine is reflected in the mine shaft lifting system.Tank,tank beam,the guide roller,jars and lifting containers as an important part of the shaft lifting system,its safety performance and service life is also increasing.The role of the shaft is the safety of personnel movements,the transport of coal and the maintenance of machinery and equipment,when the lifting system in any one of the equipment in the normal operation of the failure,which will directly affect the coal production and economic benefits,while the possible casualties.At present,the shaft lifting system is developing in a safe and efficient direction.With the increase of the lifting speed and the increase of the lifting capacity,the mechanical performance of the guide roller is also higher and higher.The guide roller as the guide system of the shaft lifting system,its mechanical properties of the shaft lifting system has an important impact,when it will affect the failure of the tank and the cage of the vibration behavior,will also lead to failure of the entire system,especially at high speed more significant,and ultimately will destroy the safe operation of the mine.Therefore,in order to meet the safety and efficiency of the shaft lifting system,it is necessary to study the stiffness performance of the guide roller.In this paper,four methods of structural performance analysis,stiffness performance analysis,simulation simulation and experimental test are used to analyze the stiffness performance under different loads.The main research work is as follows:(1)This paper describes the structural characteristics of the shaft lifting system,the structure of the guide roller,the performance analysis of the different guide roller and the development direction of the guide roller.(2)According to the deformation of the roller under the action of the external load,the mechanical properties between the roller and the tank are deduced by Hertz theory.Under the action of the external load,the force is transmitted through the bracket to the buffer,according to the characteristics of the disc spring to get the deformation of the buffer.(3)Based on the ADAMS motion simulation,the simulation model of the guide roller model is analyzed,and the change of the displacement of the roller and the buffer is analyzed,and the variation of the stiffness of the wheel and the load of the wheel is discussed.(4)The static rigidity test rig was set up,and the components of the test bed were introduced,and the structural design of each component was introduced.(5)The radial static stiffness test of the guide roller was carried out to obtain the stiffness characteristic curve.At the same time,the results of the test and the simulation results were compared and analyzed,and the consistency of the test results was obtained.The reproducibility of the test method was verified by repeated experiments.Depth understanding of the stiffness of the guide roller characteristics,access to the guide roller stiffness parameters.
