Design And Test Methods Test Bench Life Linear Motion Guideways

Aiming at the life problem of the roller linear guide, the life test bed was developed as well as the research of test methods and test date estimation methods in the background of the national science and technology project "Research of Roller Components Common Features Technology in High-grade CNC Machine(2012ZX04002021)",which provided test equipments and methods for the improvement of domestic roller linear guide.At the beginning, the principle of measurement of the test bed was analyzed based on the test object of roller linear guide, which used to choose the characteristic parameter for the life and to determine the standard and performance index of the bed. Then, the designing scheme which accorded with the requirement was formulated, as well as the comparison of the efficiency, reliability, maintainability and economy, which guided the structural design of the test bed followed with the ANSYS optimization of the key component.According to the function of the roller linear guide life test bed, the structure of bed component, unilateral drive type working mesa component, Y gantry load component and right angle drive component was designed respectively while the components which effect the life of the test bed were checked, which combine with the assembly methods to accomplish the structure designing of each component. On this basis, the entire structure of the test bed was assembled by all components, thus the geometric accuracy of the test bed was analyzed and proposed.According to the test target of roller linear guide, the hardware and software of measurement and control system were designed respectively. The hardware of the system was constructed by the PC and the measurement and control modules while the software of the system was compiled under the function of VB language to realize the control and collection which based on the hardware structure. Finally, the validity of the measurement and control system was verified by test.Moreover, the accelerated life test method and the life distribution and accelerated model in the application of roller linear guide were analyzed to propose the process of life test. Combined with the test date, the test evaluation methods for guide were researched, which elicited the application and test process of the roller linear guide life test bed.
