Heat treatment furnace is the key equipment in the iron and steel industry,iron and steel forming and heat treatment technology is very important for the application of iron and steel.The control level of the heat treatment furnace often directly affects the utilization efficiency of iron and steel.As China's steel production increased year by year,requires a large amount of steel raw materials and energy,so effective operation,technical ability and energy consumption is the goal of the steel industry.In this paper,the project of the control system of a walking-in-type heat treatment furnace in a steel plant is background,it focuses on the research and development of the steel tube heat treatment control system,carries out the overall plan of the control system,designs the automatic control system of steel tube heat treatment furnace.Mainly completed the following work:Firstly,according to the process flow and engineering background of the heat treatment furnace,the composition and working principle of the heat treatment furnace are analyzed in detail by consulting the related data.Based on the actual project of a steel plant,and through the field investigation,this paper makes a detailed exposition of the automatic control technology of the heat treatment furnace;Secondly,based on the background of the electrical control system design project of the steel tube heat treatment furnace,the overall construction scheme of the project is established.According to the performance requirements of the project and the various indicators,reliability,security,stability as the control target,designed to detect the heat treatment system from the control process;Finally,on the basis of the control requirements and technological process of the heat treatment furnace,the structure,control flow and equipment selection of the control system are designed,and the program design of the host computer and the slave computer is completed.According to characteristic that the heat treatment furnace has the uniformity of furnace temperature is higher and the stable controllable combustion atmosphere requirements higher,this paper puts forward the application of pulse combustion controlstrategy,obtains the optimal air-fuel ratio parameters.The comprehensive theoretical research and the operation of the engineering field show that the designed control system can improve the combustion efficiency of heat treatment furnace and reduce the total effect of pollutant emission.
