3D printing technology is an advanced manufacture and processing technology in the modern era.This project draws on the advantages of rapid prototyping and manufacturing of existing 3D printing technology while maintaining the characteristics of soft,breathable and comfortable of textile fabrics,to research and develop a new technology of preparation fabric with ionic liquid and absorbent cotton fibers.In this research and development of the new technology,the semi-dissolving technology of cotton fibers is an important part.In this one,the selection and determining of the appropriate cotton fiber solvent and process is the key.Ionic liquid is a liquid organic salt which is composited of an organic cation and an inorganic or an organic anion.It has non-volatile,low melting point,good electrical and thermal conductivity,high thermal stability,wide electrochemical window,selective dissolution ability and can be easily designed and other advantages.The ionic liquid solvent is not only good solvent for fiber,but also the non-derivative solvent for cellulose.As green solvents,most of ionic liquid reflect some significant advantages such as dissolution in mild condition,simple,short,easy recovery and so on.Therefore,in recent years it has been widespread concern in terms of fibrinolysis.This paper first study the conditions for cotton fiber to achieve the best semi-dissolved state in1-butyl-3-Methyl chloride ionic liquid.It uses biological microscope to observe the fibrinolytic state under different experimental conditions,Through comparative analysis of the fibers in the dissolved state diagram which are under electron microscope and integrated material and time costs,finally,we got the process conditions that make fiber achieve the best semi-dissolved state.Then,the best process condition is that the bath ratio of cotton fibers and ionic liquid is 1:43 and the concentration of ionic liquid is 99%.Then,on basis of the first experiment,we carried out on the preparation of 3D printing fabrics,And we designed the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment to explore the time,temperature,concentration and additives on the fabric properties include thickness,stiffness,air permeability,moisture resistance and impact strength.Finally,the results reflect that in single factor experiment,With the increase of temperature,concentration and time,thickness and stiffness of the fabric gradually increase,breathability and moisture permeability decreases,Strength values and elongation values increase with increasing concentration,decreased with increasing time and temperature of the first increase.The experimental data also shows that additives have different effects on the fabric properties including polyurethane,Na OH solution and glycerin.Even using a same additive with different treatments on fabrics,we obtain some different fabric performances finally,Also through the three-factor orthogonal experiment,we carried out the nine experimental testing for each performance.We can conclude that the combined effects of different combinations of concentration,temperature and time on the fabric properties.
