Research Of Safety Supervision System Of Group Corporation

Thanks to the efforts of reform and opening up for over thirty years,Chinese enterprise groups grow rapidly,and the scale have been expanding,business diversification,cross-regional operation,and the safety supervision network of group headquarters is increasingly complex.However,the level of safety supervision of groups far behind the pace of their development,resulting in frequent accidents,the safety situation is not optimistic.Therefore,understanding the safety supervision responsibility of group corporation,improving the level of safety management,implementing the safety supervision task,which is of great urgency.This article from the perspective of the group corporation,referring to histology,group management,safety management etc.,integrating theory with practice to carry out a comprehensive study on safety supervision system of the corporation.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on comprehensive survey and concrete analysis on the theory and practice of the safety supervision system of enterprise groups at home and abroad,discussing the feasibility and necessity of implementing the subject research.(2)Summarizing the basic theory of enterprise groups and safety supervision,researching the characteristics and functions of the safety supervision of the group corporation,and exploring the internal and external driving force of the safety supervision.To make clear the significance of the group corporation safety supervision,and analyze and summary the existing problems in the process of enterprise safety supervision.(3)Analyzing the internal and external environment of the group corporation,combining with the external factor evaluation matrix(EFE)analysis and internal factor evaluation matrix(IFE)analysis to do quantitative analysis,formulating the strategic objectives of the safety of the group corporation.Secondly,achieving several options by using SWOT theory;Lastly,choosing the most suitable safety supervision strategy by quantitative strategic planning matrix(QSPM).(4)The organization mode of group corporation's safety supervision includes two aspects:safety supervision mode and the safety supervision organization structure.Part one is that understanding in different property right relations,which safety supervision organization mode of group corporation should be adopted.Part two is researching the organization structure of the security supervision organization of the group corporation from three aspects:the safety management organization,the responsibility of the safety management department and the structure of the safety management.(5)Analyzing the development process of enterprise groups' safety culture,introducing the construction principle of safety culture system,defining the contents of safety culture construction,presenting with specific examples and putting forward the objectives,ways and guarantee conditions for the construction of safety culture system.(6)Understanding the safety performance evaluation process.Choosing safety performance evaluation indexes though literature review,expert consultation,and the Group Corporation's safety management staff interviews and other ways.Combining the balanced scorecard(BSC)with analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to implement safety performance evaluation.
