The face gear drive is an important mechanical transmission system that transmits intersecting axes or staggered shafts.Due to the complexity of the tooth surface and the difficulty of the machining process,it is a key problem to obtain high precision tooth surface.The purpose of this paper is to improve the grinding quality and processing efficiency of the face gear,and the study of the grinding force and optimization of the process parameters of the grinding wheel of the conical grinding wheel,including the following.Based on the theory of the Disc Grinding Wheel Grinding Orthogonality Gear.The research on the grinding gear of the disc grinding wheel is started in recent years in our country.This paper describes the key technical principle of the Disc Grinding Wheel Grinding Orthogonality Gear,and introduces the movement and the envelope of the face gear forming.Formation Mechanism of the Grinding Force of the face Gear.Based on the principle of point contact grinding and the grinding theory,the reason and process of the grinding force are introduced.The knowledge of Gleason's instantaneous elliptical contact theory and surface is expounded.The geometric influence factors of grinding force The contact arc length and the contact width,etc.)are analyzed and deduced.Modeling of grinding Force of Face Gear and the processing influence analysis.The influence of the grinding dosage on the grinding force is analyzed theoretically.In addition,the influence of the grinding force on the work-piece and the measuring method of the grinding force are introduced.the mathematic model of the grinding force of the face gear is established by starting from the analysis of the force of the single abrasive grain in the grinding process,refering to the curvature of the tooth surface of the face gear,converting the complex surface of the face gear into the inclined surface and the synthetic inclined surface grinding theory.Obtaining the influence of the grinding amount on the grinding force through the simulation analysis of the grinding force,Finally,the experimental model is used to verify the mathematical model and simulation results of the grinding force.By comparing the simulation results and the measured results,it is found that the two data are basically consistent with each other.The modeling of the grinding force of the face gear and the analysis of the process influence can provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of the subsequent process parameters.The aim of the study on optimization of Grinding Process Parameters of Face Gear is to improve the production efficiency and surface quality,and to analyze the grinding process parameters of the face gear.on the basis,Based on the production efficiency and surface roughness as the objective function,considering the surface roughness,grinding power and grinding burn as the constraint condition,and considering the boundary range of the grinding amount,a multi-objective nonlinear mathematical model is established.For the optimization model built,the theory of genetic algorithm and interior point method is introduced,and the optimal mathematical model is solved by the combination of genetic algorithm and interior point method.Finally,the actual grinding and grinding of the face gear Force factor,got three sets of optimized process parameters.In order to verify the optimized process parameters,the experiment and the experiment are designed and implemented.By comparing the simulation results,the relative error is within the trusted range.This provides a reference for the manufacturer of the actual machining face gear.
