With the needs of oilfield development,how to further improve the reliability for double-horse head beam pumping unit to its remarkable energy saving effect is of very important.At present,the design method of pumping unit with the static design is given priority to,more often used in the design process of the empirical method,can not accurately reflect the effect of dynamic load.To solve this problem,researchers in the process of research and development,introduced the virtual prototype technology,using computer to establish the virtual prototype model of pumping unit,by simulating the stress distribution in the process of pumping unit operation,and obtain the relevant mechanical properties of the virtual prototype,optimize improving the structure of the pumping unit.Taking CYJS10-5-37 HB double-horse head beam pumping unit as the research object,combined with SolidWorks,Adams and ANSYS software platform,the research of the coupled modeling method,establish CYJS10-5-37 HB double-horse head beam pumping unit of the coupled model,dynamic simulation analysis,get relevant simulation analysis of the data.The main research in this article is:1.Based on the theory of flexible body modeling,this paper establishes a model of rigid coupling of the CYJS10-5-37 HB double donkey head pumping unit,which is the flexible body model of the beam and rear ass head.2.To establish CYJS10-5-37 HB double-horse head beam pumping unit of the coupled model of multibody dynamics simulation,finally it is concluded that key components(after the donkey head and beam)the mechanical characteristic parameters.Compared with traditional calculation results,verify the correctness of the result using the coupled model,for other more complex mechanical system dynamics simulation analysis and research to provide theoretical basis and reference.By using computer technology to CYJS10-5-37 HB double-horse head beam pumping unit structural mechanics analysis of complex structure is a further discussion on the application of the simulation technology,the research results can provide reference for the optimization of pumping equipment.
