At present,the type of pumping unit is mainly based on beam pumping unit,however,the horse head section of the beam pumping unit is prone to pin wear and cracking,and this phenomenon will lead to a decrease in the efficiency of the pumping unit and potential operational risks.In order to avoid manual observation of whether it is malfunctioning,a monitoring system for this problem is developed to solve the risk of manual detection.By using the monitoring system to correct each other through multi-point monitoring,it can monitor the working condition status more comprehensively and accurately.On the basis of monitoring,the signal characteristics of different working conditions are also deeply studied.The current state of the pumping unit is evaluated by comparing the signal characteristics.This paper mainly completed the following aspects of work:(1)This paper firstly models and simulates the pumping unit.Modeling provides the premise basis for the design of the experimental system,and provides a basis for the static simulation of the force analysis of the hoe.Statics simulation shows the stress and deformation of the pumping unit at different positions.(2)This paper designs a monitoring system for the characteristics of the pumping unit.which includes the hardware circuit design of the lower computer and the software interface design of the upper computer and the final programming to achieve the expected function.The lower machine collects acceleration and angular velocity signals simultaneously with three wired sensors and the main board.The higher machine performs waveform display,data storage and signal processing functions on the acquired signals.(3)Experimental analysis using monitoring system according to different working conditions.The collected signal waveforms are divided into working conditions,and their characteristics and changes are analyzed.Attitude calculation using the quaternion method of the original signal.In the attitude calculation process,the acceleration is corrected by the angular velocity,and the integral drift is obtained to obtain an accurate attitude angle of each working condition.The time-domain signal statistics are used to determine the impact range.(4)In this paper,the probability density algorithm is combined with the Euler angle adaptive partitioning interval and the basic principle algorithm based on the auditory system to extract the transient impact signal characteristics of the pumping unit.Starting from the two signals of acceleration and gyroscope,horizontal comparison in cycle,vertical comparison of different stations.Comprehensive extraction of different working conditions to correct each other.
