Abstract/Summary:
In this paper, the pumping units being used in oilfield were analyzed based on thediscussion, focusing on developing in recent years. The pumping unit driven by flexiblepitman performance analysis, and the rear horse head arc curve are analyzed, the rear horsehead curve effect during operation component position and speed and output torque toundertake research and in contrast to. Choose the best curve forms, to achieve the purpose ofenergy saving. Specific content is as follows:First of all, pumping the developments at home and abroad, used in oil field pumpingunit the main existing problems and ways of saving energy is discussed, and puts forward themain research contents of this thesis.Secondly, the basic theory of pumping unit, the downhole condition, load calculation,stroke, stroke, motor power selection were discussed for the software development foranalysis, theoretical basis.In third, the conventional pumping unit based on its movement, and dynamicperformance, speed reducer output torque calculation problem undertakes detailed analysis,for the special-shaped machine research and development to provide a theoretical reference.In fourth, the existing literature on the basis of China’s developed and popularized inseveral energy-saving pumping unit in structure, performance, energy-saving effect isanalyzed and evaluated, from which a selected flexible connecting rod pumping unit as themain research object.Fifth, application of conventional pumping unit calculation method, the pumping unitdriven by flexible pitman geometry, movement, dynamic analysis, according to the differentcurve gives the uniform calculation method. And the three arc, involute, Archimedes spiralline of three curved form of rear horsehead analysis, analysis in different curve form pumpingunit motion feature and the crank shaft output net torque, in order to achieve betterenergy-saving effect.Finally, the research made brief summary.
