Industry is China's pillar industry,determines China's international status and development basis,but Industrial production produced a large number of hazardous waste,and an annual increase of 10%,hazardous waste is growing faster in the chemical industry park,serious impact on the environment,therefore,how to deal with hazardous waste,to create "green mountains and rivers",has become an urgent matter for each chemical industrial park construction and development.Face huge hazardous waste disposal market,SK companies want to seize market opportunities,the urgent need to optimize their own hazardous waste disposal project schedule management system,to promote the project completed as planned and put into operation as soon as possible,and provide advanced experience for the day after the new expansion project.Project management is to achieve the project goal as the core,the use of modern advanced management methods,the whole process management of project construction,so that the project schedule is more scientific,more rational allocation of resources,the executive power is stronger,guarantee the project completed on time.This paper takes SK hazardous waste disposal project management as the research object,firstly expounds the research background and significance,the domestic and foreign related research and practice review,research ideas and methods,combing the concept and principle;secondly according to the SK companies hazardous waste treatment project overview and organization structure and schedule plan and schedule control and schedule adjustment of status,around the core content of project schedule management,including planning and process of setting and adjustment of the plan and measures,analyzes the problems and reasons;finally,based on the results of the analysis,put forward to solve the problems of SK company the five part countermeasures,including organization management,schedule planning,process control and plan adjustment,this implementation of safeguard measures five aspects,hoping to enhance the SK hazardous waste disposal project schedule management efficiency through optimization of project schedule management system,enhance the company's competitiveness.
