| At present,China's environmental pollution into the outbreak period and to explore governance transition,environmental problems through the network transmission,aggregation and amplification,the formation of environmental protection network public opinion,induced environmental group conflict and environmental Not-In-My-Back-Yard,which gives the government and environmental protection departments should be timely and effective to put forward new challenges and requirements.How to properly handle the environmental protection network public opinion,to avoid the deterioration of environment to promote fermentation,effectively solve the problem becomes the most important work at all levels of government and environmental protection departments.This paper uses the stakeholder theory,agenda setting theory,life cycle theory and the relevant experts and scholars on the basis of public opinion on the network,combined with literature research,summarized the research methods of participant observation,comparison,investigation and interview,based in Chongqing City,to guide the network public opinion to deal with environmental protection experience analysis method,through the city of Chongqing Wushan Qian Zhang Yan of drinking water pollution incident,Chongqing city Fengdu violet odor pollution incident and the Chongqing city Chongqing Titanium Industry illegal sewage and other events typical case illustrates the connotation of public opinion,the environmental characteristics of the network public opinion,sums up and analyses the experience of management,network public opinion environmental problems and constraints,and of environmental protection,guide the network public opinion response from the solution,enhance understanding,strengthen public opinion,strengthen the construction of information technology,network public opinion management team.Four major aspects of the management mechanism of public opinion and public opinion are put forward to solve the problem. |
