The characteristics of long-distance natural gas pipeline project are high-tech,high investment, high-risk. Determining the best program reasonably and effectively in the pipeline construction and operation management will save a lot of financial and material resources. In the course of choosing programs, the reasonableness of indicators choice, the weights of the various indicators, has played an important role, and ultimately affect the accuracy of evaluation results during the evaluation process.In this paper,a relatively complete system framework was made for comprehensive evaluation of the gas pipeline design. In this paper, to build a relatively complete design of gas pipeline system evaluation The cost of using more mature method in the present value as an economic model, Pipeline, taking into account the strength of binding, hydraulic friction resistance conditions, pipeline constraints and pipeline specifications under the conditions of stability constraints, Calculated using the complex method to optimize the parameters of the pipeline, Program to generate the initial set of indicators through the analysis and screening to identify targets gas pipeline system, Established AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP) of the calculation model, and then the weights of the indicators are calculated.AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP) is a typical integrated systems engineering approach, from the qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis. It makes thinking process of a complex system mathematical, makes quantitative analysis of people's subjective qualitative and makes the differences between various elements numerical. It is a widely used method of selection which can help people to maintain the consistency of thought process and do the comprehensive evaluation of Complex systems.This article will focus on calculating the weight of the evaluation method, and respectively use subjective weight and objective weight to set up to judge matrix. The former used the root method, eigenvalue methods and least-squares method to calculate the weight, and then combined with the gray relational method to generate results. The latter introduct fuzzy thought into AHP, solve this model using accelerated genetic algorithm and get sort weights of evaluation index and then applied to long-distance natural gas pipeline optimization, the results of the evaluation is reasonable and effective.This article seeks to improve the comprehensive evaluation process of the gas pipeline, hoping to obtain optimal evaluation results suitable for the actual pipeline project.The results of this paper is verified using matalab7.1 computational procedures.
