Indomethacin is a kind of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs which has got the function of inhibiting epoxy enzyme that results in a decrease in prostaglandin synthesis,in order to achieve reduction of anti-inflammatory,analgesic and antipyretic.The molecular formula is: C19H16ClnO4.In the production process of diazotization,acylation,cyclization and refinement,it produced a large number of pharmaceutical wastewater;the wastewater has got complex components,so it's difficult to treat.The purpose of this project is an enterprise of Shijiazhuang economic and Technological Development Zone indomethacin production wastewater with high concentration,dark colority,difficulty in handling,on the basis of pilot,it studied the engineering design and operating control,hoping to provide some references for the wastewater treatment of indomethacin:The pretreatment experiment shows that,using PAC(polyaluminium chloride)and PAM(polyacrylamide)as the optimum coagulant,the optimum dosage are 200mg/L and 0.8mg/L,the influent indexes of COD5000~5500mg/L,SS2500-3000mg/L,COD,3500~3850mg/L and SS of effluent 300~360mg/L,COD,SS removal rate are 30% and 88%,and lay a good foundation for the follow-up processing.Through the comparison of the scheme,the process plan of "homogeneous regulation-pre aeration tank-coagulation sedimentation-ABR-SBR-BAF " was determined.After debugging and stable operation of data analysis,the wastewater treatment is 1000 m3 per day.After treating COD,ammonia removal efficiency reached more than 99%,the stabilization is meet the requirements of the design standards,the operation effect is well,the effluent quality meets the Shijiazhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone sewage treatment plant sewage admission standards.The project covers an area of 2474 Square meters,with a total investment of 24031100 yuan,the annual operating costs of 7648500 yuan per year,operating costs of 25.495 yuan per ton.The results show that the combined process of indomethacin wastewater treatment is feasible in technology and economy benefit.
