Research On The Government Behavior In The Construction Of National Ecological Demonstration Zone In Xincheng District Of Hohhot

Due to the rapid development of economy,the ecological environment problems are becoming more and more serious,the limited capacity of resources and environment becomes not only the request for long-term and stable economy development,but also affect the survival of mankind.With pay more attention on the importance of ecological problems,the sustainable development path of resource conservation and environmental friendly emerges and becomes the basic principles for the government to make decisions in the new era.The construction of ecological demonstration zone leaded by government,and the society participate in,while the implementation involves multiple disciplines,numerous departments and agencies,take a long periods and hard to achieve,thus government behavior has to satisfy high standards and strict requirement,especially the grass-roots government,who should comply with superior policy and requirements,and also consider the local situation,therefore its behavior affects the ecological demonstration zone construction directly,so the research on the government behavior has important significance.Based on the view of Xincheng district in Hohhot,this paper studies the government behavior in the construction of ecological demonstration zone.Firstly,this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research on the ecological demonstration zone and the construction experience and practice,to provide theoretical basis and reference.Secondly,analyze Xincheng district's geography,regional comprehensive strength,ecological environment and city construction,and study the necessity,advantage and the government behavior on the construction of the Xincheng district ecological demonstration zone,as well as the results achieved at present.Thirdly,through the comprehensive analysis,we found the problems in the construction of ecological demonstration zone,and analyzed the reasons.Finally,the paper puts forward the improvement measures,and expects to provide useful reference for other governments in the construction of ecological environment zone.
