Research On The Waterborne Paste And Gravure Process Of Paper-based Composite Materials

In this paper,the waterborne paste of surface modification in inner liner paper for cigarette were studied.The waterborne paste as the research object which used for inner liner paper in both Ruanzhen and Ziyun.On the basis of borrow from previous research achievement of color paste,construction of special waterborne paste(the transparent yellow waterborne paste and the red waterborne paste)formula which used for two kinds of cigarette label inner liner paper,and carries on the gravure printing experiment on the surface of inner liner paper for cigarette.The experimental results show special paste for inner liner paper for cigarette can satisfy the performance requirements of Yunnan Tobacco Group which conclude the surface of coating properties,friction properties,VOCs content,surface chromatic aberration,etc.The selection of organic pigment C.I.Lyellow pigment 109 and C.I.pigment red 254 to produce the transparent yellow waterborne paste and red waterborne paste;The two waterborne pastes chose styrene-acrylate copolymer as dispersant and in the meantime chose 1,2-propylene glycol as the wetting agent;The 4,7,9,2-methy-5-decine-4,7 glycol,which have excellent antifoam function and no influence on pastes,would be chosen as the antifoaming agents;Thickeningagent of transparent waterborne turned to modified bentonite slurry and the red waterborne paste to gas phase silica of the thickening agents;AMP-95 is used to adjust pH value of transparent waterborne and AEPDTMVOX1000 to the pH value of red waterborne paste;1,2-benzo thiazole moiety-3-ketone as the anti-mildew bactericideto to inhibit the growth of microorganisms in these two pastes.In this paper,i using the experimental analysis method to discusses the printing parameters on the influence of inner liner for cigarette after printing.The use of waterborne paste by different proportion to form waterborne coatings of Ruanzhen in order to do experiment,analysis of the influence of process parameters on the lining paper which conclude the chromatic aberration,thickness and moisture.Results showed that the different printing roll had little effect on the thickness of the printing;The same was true that printing roll depth was shallower,the lower the paper moisture contained,and 30 microns depth of the plate cylinder was closely to chromatic aberration standard values after printing.The faster the speed was,the less thick the waterborne paste was with a minor change;chromatic aberration decreased with the increase of speed in 900r/min to 1000r/min,when the speed was more than 1100r/min,chromatic aberration was in the tendency of rising,when the printing speed was 1000r/min,chromatic aberration value was the best;Paper moisture content also decreased as the speed increased,when the speed was more than 1000r/min,the moisture content was increased.As the impression cylinder pressure increased gradually from 2.5MPa to 3MPa,to 3.5MPa,and to 4MPa,the chromatic aberration presented as a concave curve,the average of chromatic aberration was at a minimum when the impression cylinder pressure was 3.5MPa,more closely to the standard;The more pressure was,the heavier both the moisture content and the thickness were,but the range was minor.With the process parameters which was 30 microns depth of the plate cylinder,impression cylinder pressure is 3.5MPa and the printing speed of 1000r/min,and the waterborne paste by personally,and use the gravure way to production inner liner paper of Ruanzhen.The results show that the performance requirements of the inner liner for cigarette can meet the requirements of technical specifications for cigarette materials in China Tobacco Company which conclude chromatic aberration,thickness,friction coefficient,moisture,VOCs,heavy metals,etc.
