Study On The Improvement Of Crude Benzol Hydrogenation And Discussion Of Related Issues

Leto method of high temperature hydrogenation,distillation hydrogenation at low temperature,solvent extractionhydrogenation process were introduced and the principles of hydrogenation were illustrated.The crude benzol hydrogenation process and hydrogen production by PSA in our company and the problems existed were introduced detailedly and the method for improvement was proposed.Through the comparison between the process parameters before and after the improvements,the further improvement method was put forward.The Tengzhou Shengyuan Hongda Chemical Co.,Ltd.hydrogenation system practice,the coking crude benzene hydrogenation system off heavy tower renovation,the main products of benzene,toluene,xylene,not too big change,in the national standard.However,the C9,C8,heavy benzene of the system has significant changes,from the color,turbidity and other appearance,components have occurred a considerable change.The addition of hydrogen system improvement to the original system bring new breakthrough,however,stage improved the technology is still in development,is not mature enough,many details need to be perfect,but with the transformation of hydrogen system research,the current situation of Shengyuan Hongda Chemical Co.,Ltd.has certain refers to guide significance.
