Study On The Influence Of Industrial Agglomeration On Environmental Pollution In China

On the one hand,industrial agglomeration through the capital and technology spillover effects of scale economy,greatly promote the regional economic growth,on the other hand the agglomeration economic growth mode will have a certain impact on environmental pollution.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the impact of industrial agglomeration on environmental pollution and provide a theoretical basis for the sustainable development of industrial agglomeration.Calculate the paper industry concentration index of industrial Chinese 27 industry segments from 2004 to 2014,the industrial agglomeration,and a detailed analysis of the calculation results,the level of environment pollution emissions characterization of four pollutants in industrial wastewater,industrial sulfur dioxide,industrial smoke dust and industrial solid waste were selected,the calculated results show that: at present,China's industrial agglomeration the majority of the industry is in the middle level,on the whole,with the high level of agglomeration.Then the calculation and analysis of different industries in different pollutant emissions at the time of the change of industrial industry segments of four pollutants emissions,2004-2014 years found that changes the convergence of industrial wastewater emissions and industrial emissions of sulfur dioxide,the trend is more stable,did not show a significant upward or downward trend,industrial smoke dust emissions fell from 2004 to 2010,and reached the minimum after changes smoothly,reached the maximum in 2014,industrial solid waste emissions are rising year after year.The empirical part based on the Grossman model,the establishment of industrial agglomeration empirical model and environmental pollutant emissions,the effects of pollution on the environment of industrial agglomeration,the results show that there is indeed N "curve relationship between industrial agglomeration and pollutant emissions,effect of industrial agglomeration on industrial wastewater emissions and industrial dust emissions in the" N "curve first inflection point on the left side,and the industrial agglomeration and sulfur dioxide emissions and solid waste emissions are showing a typical" N "curve relationship between industrial agglomeration,two inflection points and two oxygen sulfur emissions were 0.6761 and 0.7634,the two inflection point and solid industrial agglomeration waste emissions are 0.6892 and 0.7962 respectively.From the current development trend of the industrial agglomeration level,in the "N" curve inflection point on the left side of the first industry and the number is between two inflection point in the industry was essentially flat,the negative externality of industrial agglomeration effect on industrial wastewater emissions and dust emissions of industrial smoke,and for industrial and industrial sulfur dioxide solid waste emissions have positive externality,and the impact of negative externality,which has important economic significance of the two inflection point.The last part summarizes the research conclusions and policy implications,points out the shortcomings in the research process,and puts forward the prospect of further research.
