In the process of modern industrial production,packaging machinery is the key equipment in the packaging of goods.Food,medicine,daily necessities and other items are required to use packaging machinery to complete the appearance of the packaging work.As the study object,the tea packing machine is researched and the main execution mechanical structure is designed and the heat sealing is subjected to finite element analysis in this paper.Virtual prototype model is built,and the control system is finally designed.Specific work contents are as follows:(1)Multi-functional tea packaging machine overall design was formulated.The function which compromises bag making,filling,sealing and application scope of the tea packaging machine is determined,and the design scheme is selected by analyzing the technological process of the packaging machine.The working cycle diagram is drawn according to the mutual cooperation relationship and the movement time of each mechanism.Finally,the overall plan is completed.(2)The main execution mechanism of the packaging machine is designed.The type of bag making machine is selected and the structural dimension is calculated.The transverse sealing mechanism is designed,which is driven by an independent motor,so as to improve the sealing fold problem.The structure of the material feeding device is optimized,so as to shorten the distance of the material falling,slow down the measurement fluctuation caused by the blanking impact,and reduce the measurement error.Metering device is completed optimization,and hybrid quantitative method is selected,its quantitative effect is better than that of volumetric quantitative and quantitative weighing type.The layout of the feeding device for the packaging material is completed.(3)Finite element analysis of the key components and establish of the virtual prototype of the packaging machine.The heat sealing plate is located in the transverse sealing mechanism,which is statics analyzed and thermodynamic analyzed in the SolidWorks Simulation software.The deformation degree of the heat seal plate is tested under the condition of heating and pressing at the same time and the distribution of temperature is detected under the heating situation..The test results show that the heat seal plate can meet the design requirements.The virtual prototype of multifunctional tea packaging machine was designed by SolidWorks.Three dimensional solid modeling of paper feeding mechanism,longitudinal sealing device,bag conveying device,transverse sealing device and other components is completed,and the virtual assembly is carried out,and the whole model is finally obtained.(4)Packaging machine control system is designed.Based on the analysis of the control requirements and control points of the tea packaging machine,the statistics of the control points and the selection of the hardware are completed.According to the flow chart of the packaging machine control system,the slave computer programming is completed and the human-computer interaction interface is designed by using STEP7 MicroWIN and MCGS.Multi-functional tea packing machine has high production efficiency to achieve the bag,metering,bag,transfer material,sealing and other processes.It mainly for the tea packaging materials can also be used for other packaging of loose material.The packaging machine can meet the needs of the majority of powder packaging on the market with bright prospects of applications.
