Research On Sustainable Development Of Weihai Eco-economic System Based On Emergy Theory

The quantitative analysis of the sustainable development of urban Ecological economy system has been a hot research topic in geography academic circle.The difficulty of urban Ecological economy system as a complex system for the sustainable development of the quantitative evaluation is how to transform the energy flow of different sources and properties into a unified evaluation of the same kind of energy flow.The emergence of the theory of energy value analysis has solved this problem.It can transform the energy flow of different characters and make a quantitative evaluation.The emergy analysis theory is applied to the evaluation of the sustainable development of ecological economic system in Weihai city in the construction of index system for objective and reasonable according to the actual situation of Weihai City,the static evaluation of the ecological economic system of Weihai city dynamic evaluation,evaluation,evaluation system of sustainable development capacity of the ESI and EISD indexes.EWR,ELR,and strive to achieve the objective evaluation index as auxiliary,found many problems in the process of evaluation,and draw the following conclusions:Weihai city in 2013 the total value is 2.0081E+23sej,renewable resource value is 6.6605E+22sej,nonrenewable resource value is 1.0580E+23sej,the economy can feedback input value is2.8409E+22sej,the above three parts accounted for total emergy percentage were 26.35%,52.69%,20.78%.Waste emergy in the system can be accounted for 0.19% of the total emergy.From the composition of the total amount of energy,the system should reduce the proportion of nonrenewable resources,and reduce the system's environmental load to increase the capacity of sustainable development of the system.The value of the energy feedback output energy is 3.27 times of the value of the feedback input energy.The system environment load rate is 2.0209,which indicates that the environment load of the whole system is relatively low,but it needs to be paid attention to in the system.The emergy sustainable development index(ESI)and the system of the sustainable development ability index(EISD)were 3.4967 and 1.0709,which indicates that thesystem is in the state of sustainable development,but the ability of sustainable development is of moderate intensity,sustainable development ability needs to be improved.In comparison with that in some countries and regions in per capita energy value of Weihai city's power usage and energy ratio is much higher than the average level of the world and Chinese,power can be close to the average level of the ratio value of the United States;Weihai's emergy self-sufficiency rate is higher than most of the provinces in eastern China,but less than most of the provinces in central and western regions in China;emergy dollar ratio is far lower than the world average level and most of China's provinces,but slightly higher than Qingdao,Shanghai and a few other eastern coastal city.The environmental load rate is lower than the average level of China and the United States but it is higher than the world average level.Find the following phenomenon of dynamic analysis of the ecological economic system of Weihai city in 2005-2014:(1)ten years in Weihai City,the total emergy and economic output feedback energy,nonrenewable resource value generally showed increasing trend,renewable resource value and economic value of feedback input can overall change smoothly.The ecological economic system that changes the flow structure: the ecological economic system of Weihai city in the high-quality energy flowing out continuously,while the whole system can increase the total value of the system,but the real value can obtain the relative wealth continues to decline.(2)the environmental load rate of Weihai city in ten years showed a rising trend,which indicated that the natural ecological system was under the increasing environmental pressure in Weihai city in the rapid development of social economy.(3)In ten years,the sustainable development of Ecological economy system in Weihai City,the trend of weakening in the repeated fluctuations,it should be paid attention to.Therefore,there are some problems in the ecological economic system of Weihai city.In view of the above conclusions in the problem,we should improve the ability of sustainable development into an antidote against the disease,the ecological economic system of Weihai city in the process of solving the problem.
