Diamond wire saw,including free abrasive and consolidation abrasive,and the free abrasive gradually eliminated by the market itself because of its defects.Consolidation abrasive wire and can be combined by resin combination,brazing,plating combined,and they each have their own advantages and disadvantages.The holding force of diamond is smaller for resin combination,brazing easy to damage the mechanical strength of matrix,and the plating is relatively better overall performance and wide application.Nickel plating on the surface of diamond fine powder can not only improve the combination of the strength of diamond grains and bond strength,also can increase the electrical conductivity and further promote rapid preparation of sand on the wire saw process.Experiment of chemical nickel plating on diamond powder studies about the influence of sodium phosphate,lactic acid,ammonia and other components on the chemical plating efficiency,and also studies about the effects of different components,temperature,pH value,plating times on coating quality and product performance by XRD,SEM,EDS and other testing means.The optimal formula is six water nickel sulfate 25 g/L,sodium phosphate 30 g/L,ammonia 35 ml/L,lactic acid10 ml/L,acetic acid sodium 15 g/L,thiourea 25 mg/L,80 ~ 85 ?,pH = 4.Nickel plating with several times can effectively improve coating thickness and quality,at the same time also can effectively increase of dispersion of nickel plated diamond powder.Determine solution formula can fastest plating by orthogonal test and hull cell experiment to improve the efficiency,preparation jigsaw to investigate its related properties.This experiment tests the microscopic morphology,microscopic hardness,tensile strength and other performance of the clad layer and research on the influence of components and additives on the coating performance.Get the best solution formula is: Ni(NH2SO3)2.4H2 O 450 g/L,NiCL2 15 g/L,H3BO3 35 g/L,SDS 0.1 g/L,C4H6O2 0.1g/L,C7H5O3 NS 0.6 g/L,CoSO4·7H2O 10 g/L.This experiment analyzed the influence of the various process parameters on the coating combined withperformance,the diamond particle size distribution,coating thickness,durability and the preparation efficiency.The optimum parameters of wire saws: Current of pre coated is 5 A/dm2,time of precoated is 2 min;current of sand on is 5 A/dm2,time of sand on is 10min;current of thickening is 14A/dm2,time of thickening is 10 min.In order to further improve the jigsaw preparation efficiency,durability,such as performance,this experiment also studies about diamond surface plating nickel,substrate magnetization etc related research.Diamond wire saw exterior morphology,particle size distribution were analyzed,and the preparation technology of the improved process were determined.The optimum process parameters of wire saw by nickel plating diamond is: The current density is 5 A/dm2,loading capacity is 20 g/L,the time of sand on is 70 s.The optimum process parameters of wire saw by matrix after magnetization is: the current density is 5 A/dm2,matrix magnetization strength is0.6m T,loading capacity is 15g/L,the time of sand on is 30 s.After analysis the preparation of efficiency,durability and other performance,found the efficiency of the preparation can improve of 1-3 times and durability can also get improved by using the diamond with nickel coating;the efficiency of the preparation can improve of 0.1times by substrate magnetization on the basis of nickel plated diamond.
