Billet marking equipment is automatic equipment for iron and steel enterprises to identify the date,batch,furnace number,flow number and other information in the continuous casting process of billet production.Aiming at the problems of low automation degree,illegible handwriting,uneven thickness of strokes and high cost of equipment,a set of control system of high temperature paint marking equipment based on Delta PLC is developed to meet the poor production conditions of high temperature and humidity,dust,strong electromagnetic interference.The utility model has the advantages of clear and beautiful handwriting and obvious reduction of equipment cost.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1.Analysis of the background,sources and significance of the subject,research the domestic and foreign development status of billet marking equipment,and on this basis,the overall design of equipment is carried out according to the billet marking equipment process flow,working environment and technical indicators,including the mechanical structure design and control system design.2.Aiming at the problems of illegible handwriting and uneven thickness of strokes about high temperature paint marking equipment,the simulation analysis software of Fluent is used to analyze the control parameters of marking spraying system.According to the simulation results,the optimal control parameters are selected to provide reference for the specific design of the control system,and then the precise control of the control object is carried out.3.Based on the overall design of the equipment,the specific design of the control system is completed,including hardware circuit design and software programming design.The hardware circuit design mainly completes the PLC and servo control system hardware type selection and the control loop design,the software programming design mainly completes the hardware configuration and the PLC programming design.4.According to the design requirements,monitoring system overall architecture and identification process,the marking equipment man-machine interface monitoring system is designed,mainly complete the monitoring interface configuration and communication configuration,connection,etc.The actual operation shows that the system has good identification effect,high control accuracy,high stability,convenient operation and maintenance,and can meet the field requirements.
