In recent years,the chemical process system's flammable,explosive characteristics,leading to a variety of accidents occurred in domestic and foreign chemical plant.Individuals,businesses and even the country caused significant financial,material and human losses.Our country has also promulgated the first batch and the second batch of the key supervision of a total of 18 kinds of dangerous chemical industry.It can be seen that the problem of dangerous processes' s safe production has been a major problem that needs to be solved in current stage.In the paper,we choose the control method of hydrogenation dangerous process to reseach.Hydrogenation dangerous process is a complex process system,Its controlled variables usually have nonlinear,time-varying,hysteresis,serious interference and other characteristics,The traditional PID control is difficult to meet its control needs,this time must use the controller which has the ability of adaptive algorithm.So the paper presents a set of control system based on PLC and fuzzy PID control technology for hydrogenation dangerous process system.The algorithm has the advantages of traditional PID control and fuzzy control,which can effectively control the process of hydrogenation dangerous process to meet its production requirements.The design steps of the system are as follows: The first step is to establish a mathematical model for the controlled variables(temperature and pressure)of the hydrogenation dangerous process system;In the second step,MATLAB and SIMULINK software are used to simulate the process system.The simulation data and results are obtained.Then we compare the simulation results and select the better control method.In this paper,the fuzzy PID control method is the best;The third step,selecting fuzzy PID control method,building the experimental environment,then using PLC to make a experimental validation for the hydrogenation dangerous process system;The fourth step,using configuration technology and PLC to communicate,so we can real-time observe the process which using fuzzy PID control mothod to control the system,and obtain the control picture.The system uses advanced fuzzy PID control technology,configuration monitoring technology,so that the hydrogenation dangerous process system has the ability of adaptive adjustment,the system's temperature and pressure get better control effect;Strengthen the stability of the process control,greatly reducing the system's flammable,explosive characteristics,reducing the human,material and financial loss.The application of fuzzy PID control method improves the overall control performance of the whole system.The system has the safety,intelligence and efficiency,and basically meets the requirements of safe production.
