PC/ABS alloy combines the advantages of both PC and ABS,its excellent mechanical properties,toughness,heat resistance and processing fluidity,making it more widely used,mainly used for processing large area or complex engineering plastics products as well as engineering plastics parts which have excellent high and low temperature impact resistance.In terms of development speed,it is faster than PC,ABS itself and other PC alloys.In recent years,China's PC/ABS alloy research and industrial applications continue to increase,but still can not meet the growing market demand,in the alloy performance improvement,dedicated materials development and other areas,there is a lot of space can be developed.The ABS graft copolymer with 60% rubber content was synthesized by emulsion polymerization method.By adjusting the amount of SAN resin,the viscosity of ABS resin was similar to that of PC,toughness of the PC and the comprehensive performance of PC/ABS alloy was improved.First,in the preparation of ABS resin,the effects of styrene content and crosslinking dosage on the particle size of the latex and ABS performance were investigated.The results showed that the content of styrene was less 10% can control the latex particle size in the vicinity of 320 nm,ABS resin impact strength is outstanding,and its comprehensive performance is good.Then,in the preparation of PC/ABS alloy,the effects of the overall composition,matrix composition,rubber content of ABS and extrusion temperature and host frequency on the mechanical properties,thermal properties and fluidity of PC/ABS alloy were investigated.The relationships between the factors and the properties of the alloy were analyzed;when the alloy component ratio changes,the processing temperature can be adjusted in the range of 220~260 ?,and the host frequency can be adjusted in the range of 10~30Hz.Finally,comprehensive performance of the three PC/ABS alloy materials which designed by this experiment basically.
