Design And Simulation On Welding Jig Of The Light Vechicle Main Floor Line

Welding,a key technology in automobile manufacturing,directly affects the quality of vehicle manufacturing.Welding fixture,which has characteristics of high precision,flexibility and intelligence,plays an important role in the production of automotive welding.This paper mainly studies the fixture of a kind of light vehicle's main floor welding line,which is an important part in light vehicle floor welding.Using the development and application of auto welding fixture and the research status of related technology as background,this paper analyzes and designs the process planning and distribution of the light vehicle floor welding,plans the distribution of the welding post and welding spot,and determines the type of welding tong of every welding spot.With the CATIA software as design platform,the structure of welding fixture is designed,while the welding process of welding post of light vehicle floor assembly robot is simulated with the ROBCAD software as simulation platform.Finally,the simulation results are analyzed to verify the reasonableness of welding.As shown in practical application,the structure of the welding fixture can meet the requirements of positioning and clamping of the weldments on the light vehicle floor,which means that it can reach the requirements in welding operation.
